The job will consist of:
- Stock Management: Maintaining minimum stock, recording into Peachtree
- Recording stock (tools, spare parts and consumables) and production information (number of semi- and finished products) in Peachtree.
- Preparing purchase orders to procurement team.
- Preparing deliveries and delivery orders and enter them into Peachtree.
- Preparing handover reports
- Check and Submit reports on stock movements, waste and progress-development of it.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Responsible, reasonable and Innovative.
- Working in shifts.
The candidate should have:
- Proven experience as Store-warehouse team leader or similar role
- Basic understanding of store keeping and warehousing
- Advanced skills in MS Office and knowledge of Peachtree
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills and have the guts to say no
- A good understanding of English in writing/reading + talking/listening
- The will to learn new things and work in flexible hours (working in Shifts)
- The will to work according to international standards and quality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in supplies management, Accounting or related studies
