Job Description

• Providing strategic planning for design and implementation of IT project
• Assist the client to optimize their business process and methodology
• Building strategic roadmap for the project management, assessment and measurement of information technology services
• Technical assessment report with recommendations and action plan developed
• Presentation of layout and design of system and incorporation of technical suggestions
• Collect, review and analyze all the necessary documents to fully substantiate all stages of IT project design and implementation
• Carry out stakeholder analysis to bring out the roles and responsibilities of key players and institutions that play a vital role in the process and develop recommendations to strengthen linkages between agency and its partners
• Draft specific, detailed and practical steps (including specific models for specific circumstances) for investigation of implemented and ongoing projects
• Work closely with the ARRA Project Team and ARRA’s Project contractors and will from time to time submit and share the progress of activities as agreed
• Meet with clients to determine requirements and to define the scope of a project
• Clarify a client’s system specifications, understand their work practices and the nature of their business
• Plan and define time schedules and resource requirements

Technical Skill

• Knowledge of software coding with some or all of these languages (.NET Framework: C# and ASP.NET, Java, Java script, and C++)
• Knowledge of and/or experience working with the following:
• Windows Server, MS SharePoint, and MS SQL
• ASP or .NET application development
•  Information security
• Experience with one or more of the following: IT infrastructure, Data Center Operations, Data Center Monitoring Systems and Data Center Infrastructure Management
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, build and implementation process, and application lifecycle management is necessary
• Candidates must have an understanding of technology including but not limited to networking, server technology, web standards and interfaces, Internet technologies & protocols
• Ability to organize and strategically plan resource utilization, and establish development priorities
• Candidate with project management certification will be preferred

Job Requirement

• Education/ Qualification Essentials:BSC degree or above qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering and information systems
• Minimum  Years of Experience:5 years’ and above experience in IT project consultancy/IT consultancy
