Job Description

• Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements
• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Gather and evaluate user feedback
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Provide on-the-job training to department staff members
• Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
• Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions
• Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies.

Technical Skill

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
• Knowledge of coding languages (In .NET Framework: C# and ASP.NET, Java, Java script, and C++)
• At least 4 years of experience with SQL is required.
• At least 4 years of experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Problem Solving skills
• Software development fundamental experience
• Software Performance Tuning

Job Requirement

• Education/ Qualification Essentials:BSC degree or above qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering and information systems
• Minimum  Years of Experience:6 years’ experience in software programming
