Job Description
The Senior Director of Communication and Social Marketing Core Team is responsible for managing information assets by integrating high value, diverse, new information types and sources into a coherent information management infrastructure toward improving efficiency, promoting transparency and making informed decision making. The Director will develop operational communications plan for the organization, and will lead and participate in the execution and monitoring of that plan. Engages stakeholders and policy makers, establishes conducive environments, assesses risks and opportunities and promotes information exchanges that would improve the organizational efficiency of the organization and development effectiveness of member organizations. The incumbent ensures the provision of professional high quality IT solutions including systems development, implementation, IT support services, and strategic planning of future IT requirements for the CCRDA to enhance CCRDA services.
Job Requirements:
Education
University graduate with Masters Degree in communications, information management, information technology, advanced marketing and business administration with minimum 5years of experience two of which should be in development communications or information management in NGO.
