Humedicae.V is German based International NGO registered and licensed in Ethiopia in February 2010. Currently, Humedica Melkadida Project is looking for a qualified Training Coordinator.
Job Summary:
Training Coordinator responsibilities include communicating with coordinator, ARRA and UNHCR responsible officers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams. Training Coordinators are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.
Basic Functions
- Ensure that humedica Melkadida Project trainings are conducted as per the standard and the training quality maintained at all times.
- Follow up and ensure the MOU for training is prepared and signed at the start of every project phase.
- Ensure all trainings are conducted according to the national guide lines.
- Manage the capacity building allocated budget.
- Responsible to prepare monthly and annual training reports and forward to the supervisor.
- Proven communication and networking skill is essential
Term of Employment:
- Contract for one year with possibility of extension.
Conditions/ Remuneration
- Basic salary 19000 ETB + 40% hardship allowance
- Free food and lodging provided at the organization’s camp
- Transportation costs covered, including additional return ticket /transport facility

Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Qualification:
- BSC/MSC degree in Public Health.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years experience for BSC and 5 years and above for MSC degree holders (Experience in humanitarian organization is desirable), from which at least two years in the area of health project management or as training coordinator.
Language skills:
- Very good English speaking and writing skill
Other Skills:
- Very good communication skill ,empathy and patience
Interpersonal Skills requirements:
- Ability to work harmoniously with the team.
