Job Objective:

Manages and coordinates the overall management and operation of the Subsidiary Bank to effectively provide all services at the Subsidiary company.

Major responsibilities

• Ensures effective and efficient operations of the company’s work practices;
  
• Initiates new products and services, in conjunction with corporate product owners;
•  Oversees and participates in development, expansion, and management of customerbusiness relationships, through concerted efforts in meeting customer needs;
•  Manages, coach, and support in developing, managing, and growing profitable customer relationships;
• Ensures effective and proper resource utilization;
• Synchronize the work and communicate constraints and problems with the management;
•  Sets team objectives, goals, and performance standards and facilitate team’s alignment and
  goal cascading.

Job Requirement

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields or B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related field with fifteen years of experience of which four years experience on Senior Management role.
• Language:Fluency or intermediate level in French, Somali, Arabic and other local languages is advantageous.
