Job Summery

• The role holder will provide leadership and guidance to team of with the objective of growing customer base and income from a given set of customer portfolio and target markets. Effective account relationship management resulting in optimization of customer satisfaction, retention and wallet share through selling multiple solutions f bank’s IFB product range.

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related field

•  Experience in Interest Free is highly desirable

Experience

• At  least  twelve  (12)  years’  banking  experience,  with  at  least  five  years  in  a Managerial position.

Required Technical Competency

• A distinguished professional history demonstrating an in-depth  understanding of Corporate Banking.

•  Knowledge and experience in modern sales and marketing practices in financial services industry to provide visionary guidance on strategic changes to drive performance.

• Networking skills to effectively leverage on relationships that will enhance customer acquisition and retention.

• Extensive banking background, including understanding Financing, Shariah Principles, risk management and compliance requirements

• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level leaders regarding key business priorities, issues and initiatives

• Project management skills

• Ability to lead, influence and drive change initiatives in support of business strategies within the department.
