Job Summary:

The jobholders provides assists in the supervision, planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of the division; administering employee benefits, ensuring that all personnel files are properly arranged and kept in filing cabinets; participates in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employees benefits and prepares and submit periodic reports, manage employee relations.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification & Experience:BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration or related field plus a minimum of 3 years in Human Resources.
  • Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
