Completion of 10th Grade with a 3rd Grade Driver's License or Auto Driver's License with a prior experience as a personal driver Duties & Responsibilites: - Arrive at destinations on schedule - Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups - Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays - Use navigation applications to determine the best route Required Skills: - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Must wash the vehicle before going off to work every morning - Good verbal communication with good attitude - Must be flexible to work during evening times if required - Must work under pressure - Document mileage, fuel consumption & other necessary vehicle logs accurately - Assist with loading and unloading materials and ensuring secure transport of goods - Follow all traffic laws & company policies to guarantee safety on the road-knowledge of traffic laws and regulations

A valid grade 3 driver's license and relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Safely drive HMG vehicles for FCDO staff and visitors/guests on official business, planning and following efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals - Perform daily inspections to ensure that all official vehicles are well-maintained, roadworthy, and in good working order
