Job Description
Lead the process of establishing and managing FGAE Training Institute and learning Center in SRH, designing, planning and delivering high impact quality training programs and technical (consultancy) services in program and organizational management and service delivery to clients. Undertakes training needs assessment, produce resource materials, builds and maintains a team of trainers for different training programs and also designs and conducts project related training.
Job Requirements
Education : BSc + MPH, MD+MPH, MSc in public health, Educational Administration, and related studies
Work Experience: 6 years of which must have a minimum (4) years experience after Master degree, shall posses practical experience in managing training programs on health, 3 years experience at the middle level management position. Must have vast experience in training materials development.
