Summary Statement of Responsibilities:
Under the direct line management of the field coordinator, Community Well-being Initiative (CWI) coordinator and the Child and Youth Protection and Development (CYPD) coordinator, the Manager will provide program technical and operational support to the emergency gender based violence (GBV)/child protection response in the Gedeo Zone. The Manager mentor, supervises, coordinate and handle the CWI/CP team and lead all aspects of the plan activities in a professional manner. She/he will demonstrate technical capability and support the program team to ensure the program is holistic, upholding according to standards, procedures and principles of safeguarding and improve the coordination of basic services and ensure accessibility of services such as SHLS, case management.
