TVET IV in Drafting or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilties: - Responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support construction and design projects. - Developing detailed 3D models, generating accurate drawings. - Ensuring designs comply with project specifications and industry standards. - Work autonomously or as part of a larger team and able to make design decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way. - Excellent communication skills will be preferred. - Wider knowledge of other disciplines highly desirable.

Educational background in a related field of study with relevant work experience

TVET Level 3/2 in Drafting or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

TVET or Diploma in a related field of study or Completion of 10th Grade with relevant work experience

Diploma in Surveying or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years’ and above in Project Chief Surveyor position for Building projects.

TVET Level IV in Construction Works, Building Technician, Building Technician, Finishing Foreman or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 4 years relevant experience in a Building Construction Company
