JOB DUTIES
- Oversee daily salon operations
- Giving customer service Training new beauticians
- Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
- Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock
- Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
- Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
- Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
- Provide working schedules
- Promote services, products and discounts on social media
- Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
- Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers with marketing department
- Handling employee conflict
- Evaluating hair salon employees with HR department
Job Requirements
Education
- Technical school Certificate
Experience
- Five years or more experience at a hair salon, Spa, hotel or a related field managing or supervising experience needed
