Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and color schemes - 3D renderings and design packages - Prepare construction drawings, detail drawings for casework & millwork - Revit, D5 Render, 3DS Max, and Adobe Creative Suite - Specify materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories according to project needs and budget - Conduct space planning, site measurements, and analysis - Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors - Oversee design implementation, including site visits and quality checks - Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainability practices
