CALL FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICE

Section 1 – Background

Section 2 - Purpose and scope of the consultancy
CARE Ethiopia is currently undergoing a functional review process which began in March of 2018 and is scheduled to continue through April 2020. This process will result in changes in the organizational structure and affect the current work force. Acknowledging that such a change process creates stress for those directly and indirectly affected. Therefore, CARE would like to ensure that psycho social support services are available for staff who would like such support during this transition and the contact agreement to be signed with the .selected firm will remain valid for one year preferably from February 15 – April 30, 2020 to provide the service on a need base.
Objectives
Based on demand, the service provider will provide group or individual counseling and coaching support. More specifically, we seek support as outlined in the 3 categories below:
1. Burn out and stress/well being
- Internal stabilization and debriefing sessions
- Stress and energy management
- Heathy lifestyle at work
2. Psychosocial support
- Individual counselling
- Group counselling
3. Organizational development trainings
- Training and consultancy (which will be tailored to CARE’s specific needs as they are identified)
Section 3 – Expected Deliverable
- Facilitation of sessions (group or individual) based on demand in agreement with CARE
- Final report
Job Requirements
Section 4 - Skills and qualifications
For this consultancy the service provider must have:
· Proven experience providing psychosocial counselling and coaching for individuals or groups,
· Curricula to meet CARE’s current organizational needs in relation to the functional review.
