Job Description

• Receive order and sell company product to existing and new customers.
• Manage cash register machine according to government rules and regulations.
• Collecting payment and issuing receipts.
• Deposit cash at bank and issue Z report and deposit slip to cashier at the end of the duty.
• Apply route to market procedures and manage his/her sales route.
• Make availability and visibility of the company product in the outlets.
• Searching proactively for new revenue generating opportunities to meet his/her sales target and following up on new leads and referrals.
• Identify sales prospect and communicates with other sales team.
• Generate mechanism of exceeding market penetration.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and provides excellent services.

Job Requirements

• BA degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Business Management, Accounting and other related field of study and at least 1 year related work experience or Collage Diploma/TVET level IV and above in Marketing Management, Management, Salesmanship, Accounting and at least 3 years related work experience.
• Energetic, able to work under pressure.
• Reactive person.
• Good communication skill.
• Commitment to team effort.
• Reporting ability
