Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Trainers with content preparation and printing services
• Assist technical staff in writing training manuals and curriculum.
• Manage applicants record and follow up each applicants status
• Ensure that all lab computers and back-office machines run smoothly and report to the technical team if there is a technical issue
• Help trainers with record keeping, such as tracking attendance and calculating grades.
• Execute new implementation including software installation, account creation, workstation setup, and training
• Manage training tools and ensure all trainees and trainers have accounts to access training tools  and assist them when they need help
• Enforce school and class rules (Standard Operation Procedure, SOP) to help teach trainees proper behavior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Electrical Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field with 1+ years of work experience or
• A college diploma with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience with a solid understanding of IT training or
• 2 to 3 years
