Job Description
Under the supervision of the Training Design & Development Team Leader, the Sr. Training Design & Development Expert designs need assessment tools; develops curriculum for the Training Institute and continually revises and modifies it through conducting need assessment of the business community in the light of the changing business and economic environment; participates on the performance evaluation of trainers. He/she also conducts training impact assessment; follows up quality of training delivery and recommends improvements as per the contemporary change implication on training industry.
Job Requirement
Education: MA/BA in Management, Educational Planning and Management, Educational Administration or related fields.
Work Experience: 4/6 Years of relevant experience
Technical and Other Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English skills;
- Computer proficiency;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to plan, organize and initiate action;
- Be fully supportive of the object6ives the training Institute;
- Ability to monitor information and work under stress;
- Ability to design training programs.
