1. Arrive to work 5 minutes earlier, stay at assigned workstation throughout the working hours, don’t leave early and don’t be absent from work.

2. Use SOP, and guidance of line leader and engineers to assemble parts or units, and position, align, and fasten units to assemblies, sub assemblies, or frames, using hand tools and power tools.

3. Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.

4. Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, quality standards, and customer order requirements.

5. Check the production material issued to the station is according to the SOP.

Do strict inspection on your own work and preceding staff’s work on the assembly line.

1. Record production information – keep accurate record of quality and defects as per the requirement of the workstation you are assigned on.

2. Keep tools, equipment, work environment and production material clean; and inform to superiors if any abnormality is observed as soon as possible.

3. Accept training from others and master the skills of the workstation’s operation you are assigned on.
