Job Description
- Prepare all incoming samples for testing
- Conduct all testing
- Maintains laboratory instrumentation, lab procedures, analytical recordkeeping, and calibration.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance, to troubleshoot a product defect or processing issue. Participate in the discussion of potential root causes and assist with the implementation of effective corrective and preventative actions.
- Manage the samples storage.
- Participates as an active member on continuous improvement projects
- Comply with all procedures, regulation and policies applicable.
- Wear protective gear and report unsafe operations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: high school diploma - Science or Food Science Qualification
Experience: One to three years of Quality Analysis food industry experience. Awareness of HACCP, food hygiene and Quality standards are also required. Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
Language / IT : proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel - professional English required
