Job Description
Job Summary: The Auditor is responsible to examine our current policies and procedures and help us develop strategies to improve our internal control systems. The Auditor will meet with employees and managers to collect information, analyze data, identify problems and weaknesses, and help management develop strategies to minimize or eliminate errors.
2.1 Required Number: Three
2.2 Reports to: Internal Auditor
2.3 Place of Work: Addis Ababa
2.4 Qualification: Either of Accounting, Cooperative Accounting, Accounting & Finance or related.
2.5 Experience: 5+ years for BA
2.6 Personal Skills: In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, policies, current regulations, and technology. Exceptional research, planning, problem solving, critical thinking, and math skills. Proficiency with financial software and high level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
2.7 Term of Employment: Contract for one year with possibility of renewal
