Overall Purpose of the Role:
The Project Manager will be the highest-ranking person who is 100% dedicated to the project, and therefore will be responsible for overall project management and implementation of the Young Ethiopian women's leadership & economic empowerment academy in the respective location. The Project Manager will supervise a multidisciplinary team and ensure that all activities are comprehensively planned, implemented and adapted based on learning. The Project Manager will also be responsible in submitting quality reports, reviewing and revising project documents, fulfilling area-level compliance and coordinating with all partners and stakeholders engaged in the program.
The Project Manager will report to South West Hub Operation Manager the and work closely with the South West Hub Operation Manager and the entire technical team.
