Job Description
Manage servers, install and upgrade computer components and software on client computers and integrate automation processes
Provide helpdesk support to all staff, making sure all computer applications, workstations, access points, printers and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems and solutions, prioritizing problems
Check regular backup operations are automated and implement necessary processes for data protection and disaster recovery
Administer the company website and occasionaly update its content
Prepare technical documnentaion, manuals, IT policies and step-by-step guides for staff
Job Requirements
BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or similar, or equivalent experience required
At least 3 years experience in system administration or network administration
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
Basic website development skills
Excellent problem solving skills and resourcefullness
Strong communication skills
Determination for continuos skill development
System administration and professional IT and networking certifications are a plus
