Job Description

Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations; determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans; obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc.

Job Requirement

•  BA degree in Accounting or Finance
• Age:  25 to 40
• Proven working experience of 5 years, at least 3 years as Internal Auditor;
• INGO or local NGO audit experience is an added advantage;
• Proven knowledge and skills of IPSAS;
• Training Certificates in the area of audit and related subjects;
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Sound independent judgement
• Respect the Core Value of the Commission.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa with frequent travel to field offices.
