Job Description
Job Summary
Prepare annual financial plan, disbursement request to Development Partners (DPs), prepare financial statements reports, monthly bank reconciliation report, collect all bank advices and bank statement timely, ensure all program related financial &supporting document are kept safely, ensure allocation of annual budget, ensure establishment of proper controlling system, facilitate the external auditing of the program and organize & conduct training and other related activities.
BA/MA in Accounting or financial management A minimum 8/6 years of relevant experience all aspects of financial management (financial planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation) for urban water supply and sanitation programs
Preparation and review of financial analysis report for External Support Agencies and demonstrated experience is an advantageous.
Working with the financial policies, procedures and Guidelines of the World Bank and the Ethiopia Government.
