Position purpose

The ideal candidate will be generally responsible for running employee compensation and benefits activities; maintain compensation and benefit records and benchmark market compensation practices; make sure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations as well as company guidelines; keep recording and conducting periodic reconciliation with master data and prepare reports for variations; participate on compensation and benefit budget preparation.

Main Areas of responsibility

  • Prepare payroll for company employees, produce monthly statement of payroll deductions & reconcile with GL account,
  • Timely declare & pay payroll taxes such as Income tax & pension contribution and monthly accrue payroll related expenses & taxes,
  • Monthly reconcile payroll master data with personnel master data.
  • Maintain employee earning record in a manner that can be available for internal  & external auditors,
  • Establish sound business relation with external institutions like Insurance Companies, Tax Authority, and Social Security Agency,  
  • Work with all department employees and managers in monitoring and maintaining record for overtime, absenteeism, employment status, and disciplinary penalties,
  • Bench mark and conduct market survey periodically,
  • Perform other related tasks and projects upon line manager’s request.

  • BA Degree in Accounting/Finance, Management or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge on MS Office special Excel 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience on a similar position
  • Fluent English
  • Multitasking, result oriented person
  • Team work and friendly attitude
