Job Description
Help to compile and maintain employee records of the organization in both digital and hard copy filing system. Aid with the daily administrative operations of the human resource & admin department and interact with employees of other departments.
Responsibility:
- Maintain staff file and other HR documents and updating for archives.
- Keep recording of the outgoing and incoming HR letters and staff contracts
- Maintain active and leaving staff records.
- Perform HR data entry.
- Scan or photocopy of different HR & Admin documents when it is necessary
- Organize the documentation room properly
- Organize folders with new employees as listed in HR In-processing checklist.
- Collection of time sheets and monthly tracking of leave balances
- Assist the HR team in organizing and schedule interview with candidates

- BA Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics and related fields.
- 0-2 years Experience
