Job Description
Major Job Description:
- Manage the company’s general finance system in accordance with the standard and regulations set by official government departments and the company’s HQ;
- Manage the routine accounting implementation;
- Prepare report to and deal with other coordination tasks with the Group Corporate Office in Mainland China and Hongkong according to Group guidelines/instructions;
- Coordinate with the outsourced accounting agency, dealing with tax authority and ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
Prepare and distribute budget reports and financial statements to management in a timely fashion.
Manage account payables and receivable activities in a timely manner.
Perform account reconciliation activities on periodic basis.
Register all finance transactions accurately for future references.
Perform necessary variance and other accounting analysis to identify and resolve any discrepancies or gaps.
Perform cost analysis and recommend process improvements for cost-effectiveness.
Manage financial reporting and management tasks.
Address financial issues and inquiries from customers.
Develop best practices to enhance operational performance and productivity.
Extra requirements: With professional knowledge and experience in dealing with importing and exporting businesses in Ethiopia;
