- በቀድሞው 12ኛ ወይም በአዲሱ የት/ት ፖሊሲ 10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀ፣ 5ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፈቃድ ያለው፤ ቢያንስ አምስት አመት ከባድ መኪና የማሽከርከር የስራ ልምድ ያለው
- በፈጣን የምርት ገበያ እንቀስቃሴ ባለበት ኢንደስትሪ ውስጥ የስራ ልምድ ላላቸው ቅድምያ ይሰጣል
