He/She shall:
1. Have a proper and valid license and skill to properly handle the vehicle assigned to him/her;
2. Observe and respect at all times, the traffic regulations, particularly in city driving;
3. Follow manuals, keep accurate log-book recording and fuel and lubricant consumption;
4. Be responsible for the checking up of water, oil level, tire pressure for proper running of the vehicle and report any malfunction for maintenance and timely vehicle servicing;
5. Follow the insurance guidelines and LWF/ET procedures in the event of an accident to report immediately with possible means of communication and to be followed by filling out of insurance claim for with 3 days and submit to the Logistics Officer;
6. Keep his/her assigned vehicle clean according to LWF/ET procedures and should not transfer the assigned vehicle to another person without the written authorization of LWF/ET Office;
7. Not use his/her assigned vehicle for any other purpose other than the official LWF/ET business;
8. Handle the vehicle assigned to him properly and park at secured areas at the end of driving;
9. Ensure that the LWF/ET sticker put on both sides of the vehicle;
10. Not use his/her assigned vehicle for unauthorized passengers and cargo and avoid excess passenger or cargo on the vehicle;
11. Follow procedure as outlined in LWF-ET Staff Rules, Collective Agreement and other Operation Manuals.
12. Perform such other duties as may be assigned to him/her by the Team Leader
