Job Description

Provides leadership and directs day to day operations of the hotel.

To ensure maximum room occupancy within agreed overbooking policy.

Maximizes revenues by establishing & achieving revenue & cost control   objectives, which will meet or exceed profit goals.

Participate in financial activities such as the setting of room rates, the establishment of budgets, and the allocation of funds to departments.

Meet with clients as needed in order to schedule and plan details of conventions, banquets, receptions and other functions.

To establish and maintain close working relationships with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.

To hold regular performance appraisals with concerned team and managers, identifying areas for learning & development needs and ensuring its implementation.

Responsible for the selection, coaching, development and learning of team and managers which report directly and indirectly to Operation Manager.

Job Requirements

BA Degree in Hotel Management or related field of studies.

Minimum of 6 years related experience.

Commitment to professional and company core values.

Capability to develop/coach team effectively. 

Proven skill in guest engagement. 

Ability to manage a complex and demanding workload.
