Work Scope

  • Lead the daily operations of the company, ensuring all aspects and departments of the company are properly administered.
  • Review the company’s budget and expenditures and ensure it is lean at all times.
  • Instill a strong work ethics throughout the company leading by example.
  • Ensure the processes and procedures of the company are strictly adhered to and implement those that maybe lacking.
  • Lead and develop quarterly and annual financial planning of the company, aligning its resources with its growth plan and strategies.
  • Lead the company’s project contracts and ensure both the company and its clients are in compliance at all times.
  • Review the company’s organizational structure at all times, adjusting it to match with the company’s growth and business strategy.
  • Prepare a quarterly and annual financial plan, ensuring the company’s operations are within budget.
  • In consultation with the GM, address project delays and issues with a key eye in providing solutions as quickly as possible.
  • Ensure that suitable project management systems are in place to achieve the schedule milestone, budget and quality constraints.
  • Manage business risk throughout all aspects of the company’s activities.
  • Develop and enhance business relationships with strategic partners.
  • Develop and enhance internal systems, procedures and practices in line with the company’s standards and designed to continuality enhance the efficiency of the company’s activities.
  • Ensure that all departments and their activities such as business development, planning engineering, finance, procurement are well coordinated to ensure efficiency, identify challenges quickly and put in place mitigating measures quickly.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as needed and necessary. 

Essential Functions

  • Day-to-day management of company operations;
  • Financial planning and forecasting of the company;
  • Budget outline and forecast for the company and its growth plans;
  • Project contract reviews and addressing challenges that may arise;
  • Lead the development of employee performance reports, capacity building, planning team building events;

Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years as a General or Deputy General Manager.
  • MBA preferred, but a master’s degree required.
  • English language proficiency a must.
  • Computer skills a must
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Multitask, able to handle efficiently several unrelated tasks at the same time
  • Personable and ability to negotiate with a wide range of clients and
  • service providers;
  • Good Communication Skills;
  • Good Organizational Skills;
  • Good Time Management Skills;
  • Good Stress Management Skills;
  • Team Player;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Special Requirements:

  • Availability to work overtime when required.
  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
