Job Summery
- The Senior Systems is responsible for the crucial job of maintaining the computer systems of the Bank. In addition he/she will be responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring and upgrading of Operating System, End User applications, IT equipment and Support systems.
Job Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualification & knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer engineering or any other equivalent field.
- Professional certification in MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or A+ is an added advantage.
Experience
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience.
Required Technical Competency
Experienced Service Management professional.
- Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines.Knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
- Excellent customer facing/customer service skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of IP networks traffic, firewalls, routing and switching
- Able to troubleshoot IT equipment
