Job Requirement

  • Masters/BA Degree in project management or related field
  • Proven ability on project /program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent knowledge of performance management evaluation techniques and key metrics.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis ,reporting and budgeting
  • Having excellent written and oral communication skill
  • Proven ability to lead ,coordinate and provide technical backstop for expression of interest ,proposal and concept not development for new and prospective project and program opportunities
  • Proven ability on detailed strategic planning and management with strong execution capacity
  • Capacity to search potential donors and ability to plan and oversea fundraising activity
  • Proven ability to handle workloads and to work under pressure.
  • Work experience: A minimum of 5 years and above relevant experience in Program Director or direct related  position
