Job Requirement
- Masters/BA Degree in project management or related field
- Proven ability on project /program management techniques and methods
- Excellent knowledge of performance management evaluation techniques and key metrics.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis ,reporting and budgeting
- Having excellent written and oral communication skill
- Proven ability to lead ,coordinate and provide technical backstop for expression of interest ,proposal and concept not development for new and prospective project and program opportunities
- Proven ability on detailed strategic planning and management with strong execution capacity
- Capacity to search potential donors and ability to plan and oversea fundraising activity
- Proven ability to handle workloads and to work under pressure.
- Work experience: A minimum of 5 years and above relevant experience in Program Director or direct related position
