Job Description

• Converting schematic drawing of Architects and Engineering in to digital data (CAD)
• Prepares layouts and working drawings for construction and municipal permit and title deep purposes
• Assist architects and Engineering in the preparation of new working drawings and designs
• Handles office equipment ( usually of drawing and design equipment ) and facilitate in due care
• Documentation and detailing from schematic design through construction drawings, for new designs, and existing one
• Develop hard copy plots of documents, makes blue print copies of documents: copies various related documentation applicable to assigned projects
• Utilizes automated software and various drafting instrument in the updating, development and modification of constriction documents; i.e. CAD, plotters, calculators, scales, lettering sets…..
• Maintains efficient organization, storage and filling of both electronic and hard copy records of all Designs/ drawing documents

Job Requirements

• Diploma in drafting
• 2 year work experience (preferably in consulting office)
• Basic computer skill
• Ability to us computer for drawing purpose
• Ability to understand architectural designs
• Communication skill
