BASIC FUNCTIONS
Preparation of contract document for bid, well knowledge on quantity , cost breakdown, Preparation of graphics, manual and computer aided (CAD) drafting, production of landscape construction documents and packages, redlines, transforms initial rough product designs using computer aided design (CAD) in to working documents, review engineering and architectural drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check and respond to the general manager according to the agreement:
- Analyze cad drawings
- Prepares specification & bill of quantities
- Prepare data for current costs of construction materials and labor.
- Prepare data for machinery and equipments hourly rate.
- Prepares data for current costs of construction materials, labor, machinery and equipments.
Job Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Qualification:Advanced Diploma/BSC Civil/Engineering or Construction Management
- Work Experience: 4/2 year (preferably in consulting office)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
- Basic computer skill
- Preparing BoQ from Actual site
- Ability to us computer for drawing purpose
- Ability to understand any application
- Communications skill
- Terms of Employment; Permanent
