Duration of contract: Indefinite based on performance and availability of funds

Remuneration: As per organization pay scale plus other PSI/Ethiopia staff benefits.

We are looking for an energetic and devoted Sales supervisor that enhances the marketability of PSI Ethiopia’s products and services by implementing sales plan and strategy and developing valuable and sustainable customer relationships.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales plan and strategy for all PSI/E products for the assigned sales territory/ customer segment.
  • Explore various sources of information to develop prospective customers and determine their potential. 
  • Ensure standard quality for the sales of all PSI/E products.
  • Assist the demand creation efforts through promotion, activating potential retail outlets and recruiting of capable wholesalers in collaboration with his/her immediate supervisor.
  • Maintain the customers’ interest, overcome objections positively and reframe product features into customer benefits through effective communication.
  • Convert potentials to actual sales of PSI/E products and keep records or complete progress reports.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, maintain territory contact records, and handle enquiries quickly and professionally.

  • Work closely with finance team in controlling the credit limit of wholesalers and key distributors for settling credit payments on timely basis.

Job Requirements

Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field with six (6) years of demonstrated experience
  • Experience in Fast Moving Commercial Goods (FMCG)
  • 3rd Grade Driving License with three years driving experience
