The Senior Brand Manager will be the leader of HST’s Clients and Professional Services Division and closely work with HST’s Partners and Directors.

The position requires someone who has the following qualities: Energetic and intuitive brand strategist with exceptional leadership and communication skills; Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results; Experienced in strategic professional services marketing planning, and branding development; Adept in online and traditional marketing, and highly skilled in visual communications

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for driving the success of HST services and HST’s brand promise in the marketplace. He or She will:

  • Manage all aspects of the brand across the firm’s professional Business Units by working closely with all professional staff of the firm to ensure professional service goals of the brand are met;
  • Analyze the brand and current strategy and highlight areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages.
  • Create a brand plan and brand strategy and ensure all aspects of HST services and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
  • Create an enduring brand message that results in increased professional services, brand loyalty and improved eminence in the market.
  • Lead survey projects on core areas of the firm’s services with the purpose of organizing seminars and discussion forums;
  • Liaise with media houses and create areas of collaboration with the purpose of building the brand.
  • Champion the brand internally making sure all service lines of the firm understand the brand and its goals.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Develop high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
  • Develop a realistic forecast of professional services revenue for the brand ensuring all parts of the firm are geared accordingly.
  • Present the brand strategy to partners and directors and clients and professional services team at internal meetings.
  • Seek out new professional services opportunities that fit with the brand and maximize all opportunities for growth.
  • Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives. The ability to speak to how these channels work together is very important.

Education and Training

  • We expect a Post-Graduate Degree in Brand Management/ Marketing and Sales. However, candidates who are confident to have all the foundational competences are encouraged to apply even with BA/BSc Degree in marketing management or related filed.
