• MD in medicine and MSc in Public Health, or  Hospital Management or in other related fields from recognized University

Experiences and other basic skills

• Relevant work experience in a similar Hospital setting.
• Able to plan, organize and direct   professionals  and clinical functions,
• Knowledge in  Health sector strategies ,programs and contemporary initiatives
• Proactive decision making skill and commitment
• Strong   ability to   coordinate  and harmonize  customers  and stakeholders
• Basic computer knowledge and familiar with computer applications.
• Commendable  communication  skill
