Job Summary:

The hygiene supervisor will be responsible to make sure all the precaution procedures are being followed by both employees of the company and visitors. He/She will work closely with employees to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace. 

Key Functions

• Making sure enough water and hand soap is available before employees get to work in the morning.

• Inspect if employees and visitors are following the right procedures to washing their hands when they get into the work compound.

• Measuring the temperature of employees using a thermometer as they walk into the work compound.

• Follow the company’s procedure when conducting temperature measurement in the workplace.

• Creating awareness to employees and visitors on the importance of hygiene and sanitation procedures.

• Walking around the office by following the company biosecurity procedure to remind employees to take a time to wash their hands.

• Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment

• Performs such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned;
