Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management or in a related fields with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure that all contract specifications and guidelines are adhered to at all times during the commencement of the project. - Ensure that material submittals are issued with the relevant consultants' requirements. - Ensure that all Method Statements & Risk Assessments are in line with company HSE/QA-QC procedures. - Manage a procurement/long lead item schedule in tandem with your line managers/Section Manager / and the status of the pending material/s deliveries and follow up delivery dates whilst recording any issue - Control the dissemination of contractual documents (drawings/contracts/specifications) – usable drawing to relevant site team members to be able to carry out works as per the specifications and contract requirement program.

A register must be put in place and maintained at all times. - Ensure that all Method Statements & Risk Assessments are in line with company HSE/QA-QC procedures. This information must also be recorded on a usable platform. Make sure that all compliance statements, testing and commissioning, spares, warranties and delivery period requirements are upheld at all times.

Bachelor's Degree in Design Engineer, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepares accurate framework layout drawings and erection instructions for field crews. - Works closely with the project team monitoring the safety, cost, and scheduling of construction projects. - Contributes to the projects safety goals by reducing hazards during the design planning state ensuring that all formwork systems meet construction and safety standards.  - Oversees and coordinates material purchases, deliveries, tracking, and forecasting ensuring maximum utilization of resources. 

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in training personnel, specifically in road construction projects or who worked as a site engineer in Road Projects An additional diploma in TVET training is an added value Duties & Responsibilites: - Make a training need assessment and identify skill gaps that needs to be filled across all projects. - Liaises with Training Coordinator/Training & Capability Manager, and other HR department teams to develop and implement training. - Design and develop training curriculum, schedules for skilled and semi-skilled labor force - Conduct training's by choosing appropriate training methods (face to face, practical, stimulated, mentoring, on the job training development classes) and prepare evaluation exam by the end of all training sessions.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work expereince, out of which 1 year experience working in local or international NGO. Duties & Responsibilites: - Conduct WASH technical assessments and site surveys to ensure designs are feasible, context-appropriate, and meet humanitarian standards (e.g., Sphere, UNHCR, WHO). - Develop detailed work plans, budgets, and procurement plans for WASH and construction activities. - Ensure all construction activities adhere to technical specifications, safety standards, and humanitarian guidelines. - Supervise and support construction teams, including contractors, skilled laborers, and community volunteers.
