Job Summery

The Data Processing Analyst will be responsible for developing information driven tools like BI to help identify trends and opportunities and provide solutions based on these tools. The role holder will work closely with the Business Support and Intelligence Systems Engineers and database teams to extract draw analysis from complex data relationships in order to enhance the Bank’s ability to better serve its clients.

The Analyst shall provide in depth analysis of Data using Data Mining and Profiling techniques to help the Bank understand its member behavior and predict future needs

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.

Banking business knowledge as an added advantage

Experience

At least five (5) years’ experience as a Data Analyst role/Communication with a savvy, enthusiastic and analytical mind

Required Technical Competency

Strong Data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities.

Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Strong Financial and Statistical Analysis skills.

Strong technical knowledge in data mining, reporting tools

Experience importing data files in a variety of formats using a given reporting tools.

Proficient with relational database technologies and theories.

Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar technologies.

Understanding of and discipline to follow rigorous IT data and systems policies.

Ability to work on multiple assignments and achieve objectives and deadlines
