Job Purpose
Daily Supervision of all project activities, construction and Contractor Activities.
Job Description
- Issue and Review Validity of all work permits within the permitted work hours and in accordance with Access controls
- Develop a work method statement for all new projects with the help of Project Engineer
- Conduct task-based risk assessments for all project activities
- Controls & records of all contractor activities
- Develop weekly project trackers and follow up on daily updates
- Follow up on Order placements and Valid PO before the start of any site activity
- Final confirmation of work completion and receive approval from Site Engineer in charge
- Communicate with Clerks for PO closure and close loop
- Keep track of Machinery, Equipment and other parts that are imported for Project activity
- Coordinate with Logistics delivery project orders
- Generate and maintain all site Project scarp, remains for a proposal of next actions
- Administer all activities that are conducted by daily labor
Job Requirements
- Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering Degree or
- Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Technical Diploma
- No experience required
- Good Communication Skill
- Good English Skill
