HDAMA is looking competent professionals for the position of Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Coordinator (PMER) 

Scope of work: 

Under the supervision of the Deputy Executive Director, the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator (PMER Co) has the overall responsibility for coordination of all planning, monitoring, and knowledge management and evaluation activities in HDAMA.

Number of vacant posts: -  1(One)

Reports to: -  Executive Director 

Job Requirements

Required qualification and experience:

  • First Degree or Master’s degree in development studies, social sciences, public health, or other related field
  • A minimum of 5 or 2 years of experience plus First Degree or Master’s degree respectively with demonstrated results conducting research or monitoring and evaluation, including qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
  • Experience with coordinating research dissemination, including writing evaluation reports and briefs, organizing dissemination events, and presenting findings
  • Proven ability to work with diverse and large teams and to foster a positive working environment with local and international stakeholders
