Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Marketing & Sales, Business or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans for the transport sales team. - Head-hunt, recruit, and train sales professionals. - Plan sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of company goals. - Create innovative strategies to maximize sales growth and market share. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; regularly engage to understand and meet their transport needs. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base

Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study Duties & Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Address their queries, concerns, and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Offer accurate and up-to-date information about the organization, its services, products, or events. Stay informed about relevant updates and changes to ensure the information provided is current. - Support the sales team in the entire sales process, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
