Job Description
- Plans, organize, direct, co-ordinates and control the overall HR and Administration function of the organization
- Ensures the GIFT’s HR strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines implemented and regularly updated and ensures compliance with best practices and standards Ethiopia laws
- Plan the HR, manages recruitment and selection and ensures safety and health of GIFT staff
- Ensure the company policies, procedures and guidelines are properly implemented and followed by all staff
- Ensure efficient and cost effective operation of all function of the company
- Co-ordinate and conduct periodic and comprehensive training need assessment to enhance knowledge and skill of Gift staff
- Plans and facilitates training and other staff development programs in order to enhance knowledge and skill of Gift staff
- Play a leading and key role in motivating evaluating, rewarding team building and fairly administrating the employees of the organization
- Provides devices and information to the Managing Director on Human Resource Management issues, labor laws and regulations
- Advise employees on working matter, career development, labor relation matters etc
- Performs other duties assigned by the Managing Director
Job Requirements
- MBA/BA Degree in Management/ and Public Administration
- Minimum of 10 years experience of MBA or 12 years experience for BA , of wich 4 years in a managerial position in known construction Company
- Excellent organized and ability to act in a professional and ethical manner
- Excellent to analyze and solve problem timely
- Excellent interpersonal; and communication skill
- Excellent skills in computer application
- Experience in the real estate sectors in an advantage
