Call for Consultancy Service for Conversion to IPSAS Standards
HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is a registered Foreign Civil Society Organization in Ethiopia (Reg. Certificate No. 0040), operating thematically in Rural Infrastructure, Natural Resource Management, Support to CSO and Local Governments, Skill Development & Education, and Emergency Response, and working geographically in Tigray, Amhara, SNNPR and Oromia regions.
HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is seeking to engage interested and competent firm to lead and carry out the conversion of its financial, accounting and reporting systems and procedures into IPSAS standards and carries out related tasks.
HELVETAS invites interested and qualified accounting and auditing firms to submit their bids as follows:
1. Terms of Reference can be obtained from HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation office by email after depositing non-refundable Birr 200 (two hundred) to the bank account of HELVEATs Swiss Intercooperation at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Africa Avenue Branch, a/c No. 10000 0734 6771. Request the ToR by email at hirut.tsegaye@helvetas.org cc to tesfu.estifanos@helvetas.org by attaching the scanned copy of the certified (stamped) bank deposit advice and renewed license. Official Cash Receipt Voucher will be issued and can be collected on the date of the bid opening.
2. All offers must be submitted on or before 21st April 2020 4:30 PM in a wax-sealed envelope and addressed to:
