Job Summary

TheExpert is generally responsible for identifying sales prospects and leads, pitching and selling goods and services of once company as well as maintaining good relationships with customers and partners while identifying the company’s short- and long-term goals and guide the management on strategic note, devised weekly, monthly and yearly short and long term promotion activities and branding.

– Reports to DGM, Planning& Business Dev.t.

Job Requirement

  • MSc/BSc. in International Business/ Business Administration or related fields.
  • 5/7 years of experience as a Business Dev. t Manager or similar/relevant role
  • Experience in leading business development team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent Leadership Skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Ambitious, motivated to work under tight environmental conditions and result orientated.
  • Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software and other relevant software
  • Enough experience in business development, sales management, or relevant fields
