- የትምህርት ደረጃ:በአውቶ መካኒክ ወይም ተዛማች በሆነ የትምህርት መስክ በዲፕሎማ የተመረቀ/ች፣ወይም በልምድ የሰለጠነ፣
- የሥራ ልምድ:ለዲፕሎማ በባቺንግ ፕላንትና በሌሎች የኮንስትራክሽን መሳሪያዎች ላይ በሙያው 4 ዓመት የሥራ ልምድ ያለው/ት፣ ወይም በልምድ የሰለጠ ከሆነ በሙያው 6 ዓመት የሥራ ልምድ ያለው /ላት፣
