Job Description
- Establish and maintain regular contact with agents and/or direct sales required in those designed market areas
- Monitor weekly and monthly performance and submit written reports
- Be the eyes and ears of the company constantly assessing competitors, pricing and shifts on buying preferences
- Identify potential new agents
- The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 3 years sales and customer relationship experience preferably in the FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry
- Be prepared to travel to all regions in Ethiopia to undertake the tasks described above. Company transport is provided including expenses for such trips.
- The Kerchanshe Trading Group is rapidly expanding in manufacturing and sales so the successful applicant will have opportunity to grow with this expansion.
Job Requirement
- Qualifications: BA Degree from recognized university in Marketing, Management or Public Relations
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales and customer relationship operations.
- Languages: Amharic, Afan Oromo, English. Tigrigna would be plus.
- Required No.: 2 (two)
